Eleutherodactylus aporostegus is a species of frog in the family Eleutherodactylidae. It was originally described as subspecies of Eleutherodactylus ruthae, but has been formally recognized as a full species since 2008. It is endemic to the Tiburon Peninsula, Haiti.
