Bolitoglossa alvaradoi, also known as the Moravia de Chirripo salamander or Moravia de Chirripo mushroomtongue salamander, is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. It is a medium-sized salamander for its genus, with females growing to a snout–vent length of 68–79 mm (2.7–3.1 in) and males reaching a snout–vent length of 57–65 mm (2.2–2.6 in). It is endemic to Costa Rica, where it is found along the Atlantic slopes in the center of the country. It is classified as being vulnerable by the IUCN and is threatened primarily by habitat loss.
