The Chinanteca salamander is a species of salamander in the family Plethodontidae. Males grow to a snout–vent length of 33–41 mm (1.3–1.6 in) and females to 28–43 mm (1.1–1.7 in). The salamander is endemic to the Sierra Mixe and Sierra Juárez of Oaxaca, Mexico. It inhabits cloud forests at elevations of 670–1,500 m (2,200–4,920 ft).
